FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. Service Scope

We provide tailored consulting services, including:

• Tax planning and compliance.

• Business strategy and advisory services.

• Financial analysis and planning.

• Entity formation and structuring.

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope outlined in your contract or service agreement.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Initial consultations will be scheduled within 3 business days of service agreement signing.

• Reports, analyses, and filings will be completed within the timelines outlined during consultation, subject to the provision of all required documentation from the client. • Rush services may be available at an additional fee, depending on the service and complexity.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, clients must:

• Provide all necessary documentation and information by the requested deadlines.

• Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional details.

• Maintain open communication regarding changes in circumstances or requirements. Failure to provide required materials or respond in a timely manner may result in delays or additional fees.

4. Service Modifications

• Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing.

• Additional fees may apply for modifications outside the original agreement.

• We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on the complexity of new requests.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only offered for services not initiated. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.

• Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. However, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date will be due.

6. Accuracy and Liability

• We rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the client. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client.

 • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve concerns.

• Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We take client privacy and confidentiality seriously. All client information is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
